Waseca County<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Waseca man died in a one-vehicle crash early Tuesday on westbound Highway 14 in Saint Mary Township.<\/p>\n

The Minnesota State Patrol said the crash happened at about 2:09 a.m. near mile marker 156. The vehicle was a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe. Investigators said the SUV was traveling west when it left the roadway.<\/p>\n

The driver was identified as David Percy Weller<\/strong>, 61, of Waseca. Authorities said he died at the scene. No hospital transport was listed in the report.<\/p>\n

Crash Details<\/h2>\n

The crash happened on a dry road. The patrol said only one vehicle was involved. The report also said the Tahoe\u2019s airbag did not deploy.<\/p>\n

Authorities said Weller was not wearing a seat belt. The crash report listed him as unbelted and unrestrained. Alcohol was not suspected.<\/p>\n
