Charge Filed In Otter Tail County<\/h2>\n

Amanda Louise Roggenkamp<\/strong>, 29, has been charged in Otter Tail County District Court. The charge is furnishing alcohol to a person under 21. The alleged incident happened on or about November 5, 2025.<\/p>\n

According to the complaint, the charge carries a maximum sentence of one year in jail. It also carries a possible $3,000 fine. The case was filed in Minnesota\u2019s 7th Judicial District.<\/p>\n
