Court records say Glenn Fineday Jr.<\/strong>, 58, of Pennington, was charged with driving after cancellation that was listed as inimical to public safety.<\/p>\n

What the Complaint Says<\/h2>\n

The charge stems from a stop on March 24, 2026, at about 7:21 p.m. in Beltrami County.<\/p>\n

According to the complaint, a deputy stopped a Chevrolet truck after seeing a 2025 registration sticker on the plate.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the sticker appeared out of date. That led to the traffic stop.<\/p>\n

Authorities said the driver was identified as Glenn Fineday Jr.<\/p>\n

Investigators then found that his driving privileges had been canceled.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the cancellation was tied to public safety rules.<\/p>\n
