Police called to morning disturbance<\/h2>\n

Police received the report at 7:23 a.m. According to the report, officers were sent to the home after a disturbance was reported outside.<\/p>\n

Authorities said Freddy Fonseca-Lopez<\/strong>, 62, of Thief River Falls, was arrested at the scene. He was cited for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.<\/p>\n

Police said Fonseca-Lopez was allegedly intoxicated during the incident. He was reportedly outside the home when officers arrived.<\/p>\n

Windows reportedly broken<\/h2>\n

According to the report, Fonseca-Lopez was seen breaking windows. Police also said he was wielding a knife during the incident.<\/p>\n
