Cass Lake<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me)<\/a> \u2014 Officials are investigating after a fire destroyed a business building Thursday night on the south side of Cass Lake.<\/p>\n

Fire Broke Out Late Thursday<\/h2>\n

Authorities said deputies responded at about 10:45 p.m. They found the kiln drying and storage building at Timberlyne Wood Products fully engulfed in flames.<\/p>\n

Fire crews from the Cass Lake, Bemidji, and Walker fire departments worked through the night. They battled heavy fire and tried to keep it from spreading.<\/p>\n

Building Is a Total Loss<\/h2>\n

Officials said the building was destroyed. No injuries were reported. That was a key relief in a dangerous overnight fire.<\/p>\n

The cause of the fire remains under investigation. The Minnesota State Fire Marshal\u2019s Office<\/a> is assisting.
