The latest roundup includes felony filings, stayed sentences, probation terms, theft cases, traffic fines, and natural resources violations.<\/p>\n<p>The cases involve the Pennington County Sheriff\u2019s Office, Thief River Falls Police Department, Minnesota State Patrol, and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The records list outcomes that range from dismissed charges to probation, fines, and treatment requirements.<\/p>\n<h2>Pennington County Sheriff\u2019s Office Cases<\/h2>\n<p>Kyle Lesley Fowler, 28, of East Grand Forks, received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. Court terms include a $125 payment and two years of supervised probation. Fowler must work with mental health providers and social services. Fowler also cannot possess firearms or leave Minnesota or North Dakota without written approval. A charge tied to a harassment restraining order was dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>Michelle Marie Holter, 51, of Karlstad, was listed in court records on charges that included felony fleeing, second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless driving, fourth-degree DWI, and a petty misdemeanor traffic count. The summary states the case was dismissed.<\/p>\n<h2>Thief River Falls Police Department Cases<\/h2>\n<p>Amanda Lynn Francis Molash, 27, of Grand Forks, received a stay under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revisor.mn.gov\/statutes\/cite\/152.18\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Minnesota Statute 152.18<\/a> on a felony third-degree controlled substance charge in a school zone. Molash was ordered to pay $275. The sentence includes three years of supervised probation, 40 hours of community work service, an assessment, treatment, and aftercare.<\/p>\n<p>Brandi Jean Martin, 36, of Minneapolis, was sentenced on two theft counts. The court stayed 30-day jail terms for one year on both counts. Martin was also placed on probation and ordered to pay restitution of $20.04 and $106.47.<\/p>\n<p>Antonio Bernard Wesley, 31, of Thief River Falls, was sentenced in a group of cases that included third-degree DWI and a test result of 0.16 or more. Court records show stayed jail terms, probation, credit for time served, a DNA sample, and treatment requirements. Wesley also received stays of adjudication on domestic assault and DANCO-related counts.<\/p>\n<h2>State Patrol And DNR Cases<\/h2>\n<p>State Patrol cases included driving after revocation, speeding, no insurance, no driver\u2019s license, equipment issues, and no registration. Those cited were Harlee Larae Sumner, Keisha Ann Thunder, Ali Mae Yuska, Samy Obed Mazariegos Escalante, Maverick Lee Iverson, Emmitt Arthur Lefrooth, and Kari Robyn Goulet.<\/p>\n<p>DNR cases involved Daniel John Johnson, Jordan Paul Olson, and Austin James Snobl. The listed violations included improper snowmobile crossing, taking fish in a closed season, and a snowmobile registration violation.
