What The Complaint Says<\/h2>\n

A criminal complaint says police stopped a vehicle on March 7, 2026, after seeing a revoked registration.<\/p>\n

The stop happened near Lincoln High School, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

Police said Ashley Marie Wilson was driving. Roger Harlan Garfve was in the front seat. Bobbi Jo Garfve was in the back with a baby.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the vehicle did not stop right away after the emergency lights came on.<\/p>\n

Police then used a narcotics dog during the stop. The dog alerted near the passenger side, the complaint says.<\/p>\n

After that, officers searched Bobbi Jo Garfve\u2019s purse inside the Law Enforcement Center.<\/p>\n

The complaint says they found a glass pipe with residue inside a pink case.<\/p>\n

An officer later found two small bags with a crystal-like substance in the same case.<\/p>\n

The complaint says field tests were positive for methamphetamine.<\/p>\n

Police reported the bags weighed about 2.9 grams on an uncertified scale.<\/p>\n

Authorities also said the child was present during the incident. The complaint says the child was later released to a grandmother.<\/p>\n

Charges Filed<\/h2>\n

The first count accuses Garfve of storing methamphetamine and paraphernalia in the presence of a child.<\/p>\n

That charge falls under Minnesota\u2019s methamphetamine-related crime involving children law.<\/p>\n

The second count accuses her of fifth-degree drug possession after a previous drug conviction.<\/p>\n

Court records say Garfve has five prior drug convictions.<\/p>\n

Under Minnesota law, both charges are felonies. Each count carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both.<\/p>\n
