Thief River Falls<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 Police responded to a reported crash in the McDonald\u2019s<\/a> parking lot in Thief River Falls late Friday morning. The accident happened on Feb. 21 at about 11:20 a.m., according to the report.<\/p>\n

What Happened<\/h2>\n

Police said the crash involved two vehicles in the parking lot area near the drive-through lane. Alice Jobe of Plummer was backing a 1999 Toyota Camry out of a parking spot when the vehicle struck a 2019 GMC Acadia.<\/p>\n

The GMC Acadia was driven by Emily Tinkham of Thief River Falls. At the time of the crash, Tinkham was stopped in the drive-through lane, according to the report.<\/p>\n

The incident was reported during a busy part of the day at the restaurant. Parking lots and drive-through lanes can become tight spaces, especially during lunch hours. Even low-speed crashes in those areas can lead to damage and traffic backups.<\/p>\n

Drivers Identified<\/h2>\n
