Shaelynn Kay Fisher<\/strong>, 26, is charged in Cass County District Court. Court documents allege domestic assault and assault.<\/p>\n

The complaint lists Court File No. 11-CR-26-307. Prosecutors list File No. 0110021452.<\/p>\n

What investigators allege<\/h2>\n

Court records say deputies were called around 9:26 p.m. on Feb. 28, 2026. The call came from a home on Northwood Loop NW.<\/p>\n

A caller said Fisher and her mother were fighting. A deputy arrived and found Fisher being restrained.<\/p>\n

The complaint says metal knuckles were on the floor nearby. The deputy wrote Fisher claimed they were hers.<\/p>\n

A man listed as IGY said Fisher argued with him. He said she stomped on his face.<\/p>\n

Fisher\u2019s mother, listed as JCF, said IGY fell to the ground. She said Fisher ran over and kicked him.<\/p>\n

JCF said she tried to stop Fisher. She said Fisher then punched her.<\/p>\n

JCF told investigators she was unsure if knuckles were used. That detail is still unclear.<\/p>\n
