Thomas also admitted to hitting D.W. with a towel, the complaint says.<\/p>\n

She also admitted to trying to take the phone during the 911 call.<\/p>\n

Court papers say the two had a past sexual relationship.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the relationship had ended before the dispute.<\/p>\n
