Court records in the complaint say the DANCO was ordered on Jan. 27. The complaint says Nomeland learned about the order at a sentencing hearing the day before.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors allege he still went to the home afterward. Police say they knew he often visited the home.<\/p>\n

The complaint also notes earlier convictions. It says Nomeland was convicted on Jan. 26 of two gross misdemeanor domestic assault counts. Those convictions were tied to a 2025 court file.<\/p>\n
