Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Middle River man is facing new felony charges. Police say he did not update required registry details.<\/p>\n

Delwin Guy Johnson<\/strong>, 44, is charged with two felony counts. The counts allege failure to fulfill predatory offender registration duties.<\/p>\n

A criminal complaint was filed on February 18 in Pennington County District Court. The case is pending.<\/p>\n

What the police say happened<\/h2>\n

According to the complaint, an officer reviewed Johnson\u2019s registration file on January 20. The file listed a secondary address in Thief River Falls.<\/p>\n

Police say Johnson listed the address as the primary office building for Custom Stay. He also listed his job as caretaker for the business.<\/p>\n

On January 27, police spoke with a manager at the property. The manager said Johnson had not worked there since November.<\/p>\n

The manager also said Johnson lived in the office building while employed. After his job ended, police say he moved on-site.<\/p>\n

Police say he moved to another unit on the same property. The complaint says his registry form did not list that change.<\/p>\n

Police checked the registration file again, according to the complaint. It showed an updated form signed on January 12.<\/p>\n

That update still listed the office building as the secondary address. It also listed the caretaker’s job.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors say those details were not correct at the time. They allege Johnson failed to report changes as required.<\/p>\n

Another case noted in a court filing<\/h2>\n

The complaint says Johnson was out of jail under release conditions in another case. That Pennington County case involves multiple counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.<\/p>\n

The filing says the allegations involve multiple juveniles. Johnson has not been convicted in either case.<\/p>\n
