Court records say he fled a traffic stop on Feb. 20. A state trooper tried to stop his vehicle near Fosston. Roragen allegedly sped away. Records say speeds reached about 90 mph.<\/p>\n

What court records allege<\/h2>\n

The trooper followed on local roads and highways. The trooper reported lights and siren were on. The pursuit lasted several miles. Records say Roragen drove in a way that risked other drivers. The pursuit was later called off for safety.<\/p>\n

Court documents also describe a crash claim. They say Roragen intentionally sideswiped the trooper\u2019s squad car. Prosecutors describe the vehicle as a dangerous weapon. The squad car was damaged, according to the filing.<\/p>\n
