Josia Rose Mary Roberts of Grand Forks has been charged with felony burglary.
\nShe also faces misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and simple assault.

What the police say happened<\/h2>\n

According to court documents, officers were sent to the Ryan House in downtown Grand Forks on February 22.
\nThe call was about an assault that reportedly happened earlier.<\/p>\n

A female victim told police that Roberts entered her apartment.
\nThe victim said Roberts was told many times to leave.
\nThe victim said Roberts would not leave.<\/p>\n

The victim reported Roberts then began damaging items inside the apartment.
\nThe victim said Roberts also threw items around.
\nThe victim said Roberts also threw her during the incident.<\/p>\n

Roberts was arrested and later charged in the case.
