Charges filed in Beltrami County<\/h2>\n

Douglas Wayne Wind, of Bemidji, is now charged in Beltrami County. The case includes a felony and a gross misdemeanor count. Both counts relate to receiving stolen property, according to the filing.<\/p>\n
