The vehicle he was driving had been reported stolen in New Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>The criminal complaint says the vehicle was a company vehicle. It was valued at about $42,000.<\/p>\n<p>Records say Flah had worked for the company in New Mexico. The complaint says he was fired.
