According to a criminal complaint, Quint Kyle Ironnecklace was found in a vehicle in a snowbank. The report says it happened on February 8, 2026, in rural Cass Lake.<\/p>\n

A sheriff\u2019s deputy arrived after a call about an intoxicated man. The complaint says the vehicle sat at the end of a driveway. The driver\u2019s door was open, the report says.<\/p>\n

Ironnecklace told the deputy he slid due to icy roads. He said it happens often, the complaint says. The deputy reported a strong odor of alcohol.<\/p>\n

The complaint says Ironnecklace showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests. A preliminary breath test read 0.164, according to the filing.<\/p>\n

The aggravating factor is a prior DWI conviction, according to the filing. The complaint cites a Beltrami County DWI conviction entered on August 5, 2021.<\/p>\n
