Fargo, Cass County<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Fargo man faces felony charges after a gun seizure during a traffic stop.<\/p>\n

Marvelous Saylee, 20, was charged Feb. 20 in Cass County District Court.<\/p>\n

He is accused of reckless endangerment with a firearm and terrorizing with a dangerous weapon.<\/p>\n

He also faces a separate charge for unlawful gun possession by a felon.<\/p>\n

What investigators allege<\/h2>\n

Court records tie the case to a Nov. 16, 2025, shooting in north Fargo.<\/p>\n

The report lists the 1100 block of 3rd Street North as the location.<\/p>\n

Witnesses said three men walked toward the back of the home.<\/p>\n

A party was happening behind the house.<\/p>\n

One witness said she saw Saylee holding a firearm.<\/p>\n

She warned people on the patio to go inside.<\/p>\n

She then heard three to four shots fired in her direction.<\/p>\n

A neighbor nearby said he heard gunfire.<\/p>\n

He pushed his wife to the floor for safety.<\/p>\n

Shell casings were later found in the alley behind the home.<\/p>\n

Traffic stop and gun seizure<\/h2>\n

Saylee was stopped as a passenger in a vehicle on Feb. 15, 2026.<\/p>\n

An officer reported smelling marijuana during the stop.<\/p>\n

During a frisk, the officer found a loaded Glock 19 in Saylee\u2019s waistband.<\/p>\n

Court records say it had a 31-round extended magazine.<\/p>\n

The handgun had been reported lost in September 2025.<\/p>\n

Ballistics testing and next steps<\/h2>\n

Investigators submitted the gun to the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network, or NIBIN.<\/p>\n

The results showed a possible match to casings from the Nov. 16 shooting.<\/p>\n

Court records say investigators think at least one other shooter may be involved.<\/p>\n

That person was not identified in the filing.<\/p>\n

Saylee remains held at the Cass County Jail, according to jail records.<\/p>\n
