Prosecutors charged Alek Noah Torres<\/strong> with four felonies in Clay County Court.<\/p>\n

About 40 minutes later, a trooper located the Impala at a Kwik Trip<\/a> on Main Avenue Southeast.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the Impala nearly hit another vehicle while failing to yield.<\/p>\n

The trooper then made a traffic stop, according to the filing.<\/p>\n

Investigators identified Torres as the rear passenger.<\/p>\n

Police say they found a black backpack on the front passenger floorboard.<\/p>\n

They say the bag held a loaded SIG Sauer P320 handgun.<\/p>\n

The gun had a flashlight and a laser attached, the complaint says.<\/p>\n

Officers also found 15 rounds of 9mm ammunition, authorities said.<\/p>\n

Investigators say the handgun was reported stolen in Fargo, North Dakota.<\/p>\n

They also reported finding a black face mask in the bag.<\/p>\n

The complaint also lists a small scale and a plastic bag.<\/p>\n

Officers said the bag showed suspected meth residue.<\/p>\n
