Becker County<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A rural Ogema man is facing new felony DWI charges in district court.<\/p>\n

Jonathan Joseph Fossen<\/strong>, 36, is charged with two counts of felony DWI in Becker County District Court.<\/p>\n

Traffic Stop<\/h2>\n

Court records say a deputy stopped Fossen around 6 p.m. on Jan. 10.<\/p>\n

The stop happened at County Highway 21 and Crane Road.<\/p>\n

The deputy reported a driver\u2019s side headlight was out.<\/p>\n

Field Tests and Arrest<\/h2>\n

The complaint says Fossen\u2019s eyes were bloodshot.<\/p>\n

The deputy also noted involuntary eye movements.<\/p>\n

The deputy asked if Fossen used any drugs that evening.<\/p>\n

Fossen said he had \u201cjust smoked,\u201d according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

He did not say what he smoked, the complaint says.<\/p>\n

The deputy ran field sobriety tests at the scene.<\/p>\n
