What investigators allege<\/h2>\n

The criminal complaint was filed in Beltrami County District Court on February 9, 2026.<\/p>\n

Police reviewed the report after speaking with a witness on February 6, 2026.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the reported threats were made during a ride on February 3, 2026.<\/p>\n

An employee said she was driving Guthrie and another client.<\/p>\n

The witness said Guthrie was upset about losing her vehicle.<\/p>\n

During the ride, Guthrie allegedly said she would have the manager killed.<\/p>\n

The witness also said Guthrie threatened to call Immigration and Customs Enforcement<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The complaint says Guthrie said, \u201cgo back to Mexico\u201d.<\/p>\n

The witness told police she believed Guthrie could act on the threat.<\/p>\n

Police later spoke with the manager, who reported fear for her safety.<\/p>\n

The manager also reported fear for her family, according to the filing.<\/p>\n

Guthrie appeared in Beltrami County District Court on February 9, 2026.<\/p>\n

Judge Annie P. Claesson-Huseby set bail at $20,000 without conditions.<\/p>\n

The judge also allowed release at $0 with conditions.<\/p>\n

The court ordered Guthrie to have no contact with the manager.<\/p>\n
