Prosecutors charged Stacy Jo Bieloh<\/strong>, 56, of Walker, Minnesota. The case was filed in Cass County Court on February 9, 2026.<\/p>\n

Bieloh is charged with Traffic \u2013 DWI \u2013 Operate Motor Vehicle \u2013 Alcohol Concentration 0.08 Within 2 Hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

She is also charged with Traffic \u2013 DWI \u2013 Third-Degree Driving While Impaired<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What investigators say happened<\/h2>\n

A caller reported a dark Jeep swerving on the road. The caller also reported it stopped in a turn lane.<\/p>\n

A Minnesota State Patrol trooper found the Jeep on the roadside in Cass County.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the engine was running. The lights were on. Bieloh was alone in the vehicle.<\/p>\n

Signs of alcohol use<\/h2>\n

The trooper reported bloodshot, watery eyes. The trooper also reported slurred speech.<\/p>\n

The trooper reported a strong odor of alcohol. The complaint also lists an open beer can in a cup holder.<\/p>\n

Bieloh allegedly told the trooper she was drunk. She allegedly said, “I’m drunk. Arrest me.”<\/p>\n

Breath test results reported<\/h2>\n

The complaint says a preliminary breath test showed .183.<\/p>\n

A later DataMaster DMT test was given at about 10:58 p.m. The complaint reports a .18 result.<\/p>\n
