Jackson is charged with felony Domestic Assault \u2013 By Strangulation under Minnesota Statute 609.2247<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He is also charged with gross misdemeanor Domestic Assault \u2013 Subsequent Violation under Minnesota Statute 609.2242<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A misdemeanor Obstruct Legal Process charge was filed under Minnesota Statute 609.50<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to the complaint, deputies were dispatched at about 11:51 p.m. on February 5, 2026.<\/p>\n

The call came from a home on the 8000 block of Templer Point Drive NW in Walker.<\/p>\n

The complaint says deputies arrived and saw two males fighting on the ground.<\/p>\n

They were separated, and Jackson was identified at the scene.<\/p>\n

Deputies reported Jackson appeared intoxicated and resisted being restrained.<\/p>\n

The filing says deputies escorted him to the ground during the arrest effort.<\/p>\n

A preliminary breath test later showed a .255 blood alcohol concentration, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

The victim said Jackson put him in a chokehold from behind.<\/p>\n
