New Duluth complaint<\/h2>\n

Court papers filed this past week name Johnathan Allen Haag<\/strong>. The filing says he is held at the St. Louis County Jail.<\/p>\n

A Duluth woman told investigators she was abused as a little girl. She said the acts happened between January 1, 2014, and September 26, 2016.<\/p>\n

The complaint alleges repeated sexual penetration. It includes alleged anal penetration.<\/p>\n

The filing also claims Haag tried to silence the child. It says he warned her not to tell anyone.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors charged Haag with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. The filing cites injury and force allegations.<\/p>\n
