What court documents allege<\/h2>\n

Court documents say the call came in early Sunday, February 2, at about 2:38 a.m.<\/p>\n

A deputy responded to an apartment building in Mayville.<\/p>\n

The deputy found Vetter near the apartment door, according to the documents.<\/p>\n

A resident told authorities he was asleep inside the unit.<\/p>\n

He said he woke up to someone talking outside.<\/p>\n

He also said he felt someone pushing on him.<\/p>\n

The resident told Vetter to leave, the documents say.<\/p>\n

He would not leave, so the resident called 911.<\/p>\n

The resident told authorities that Vetter talked about his faith.<\/p>\n

The resident also reported missing items afterward.<\/p>\n

He said a bottle of vodka was gone.<\/p>\n

He also said some food was missing.<\/p>\n

Court documents say Vetter\u2019s vehicle was outside.<\/p>\n

The vehicle was running when the deputy arrived.<\/p>\n

Authorities also reported the keys were in Vetter\u2019s pocket.<\/p>\n

Charges filed<\/h2>\n

Vetter was arrested at the scene, according to the documents.<\/p>\n

He is charged with felony burglary.<\/p>\n

He is also charged with misdemeanor driving under suspension.<\/p>\n
