Fargo, Cass County<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 Dustin Joseph Andruski, of Fargo, faces a felony charge of aggravated assault. The charge follows a reported domestic dispute.<\/p>\n

Court records say police were called at 4:29 a.m. on Feb. 1. Officers responded to a Fargo apartment.<\/p>\n

The woman told police she was staying at the apartment. She said she missed a train back to Minneapolis. She said an argument started after that.<\/p>\n

The woman said Andruski tried to make her leave. She said he choked her during the fight. Police wrote that he was trying to throw her out.<\/p>\n

Officers noted the woman had a swollen eye, according to the report. Police also documented her statement about the choking.<\/p>\n

Andruski gave a different account, the records say. He told police the woman attacked him. He said he pushed her away.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors later charged Andruski with aggravated assault, a felony. North Dakota law lists aggravated assault under NDCC 12.1-17-02<\/a>.<\/p>\n

That law covers several forms of serious assault. It can include serious injury. It can also include some weapon-related injuries.<\/p>\n

No conviction has been entered in this case. A criminal charge is an allegation. The court process will decide the outcome.<\/p>\n
