Buffalo, Wright County<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Buffalo woman faces charges after an alleged knife threat and a struggle with police.<\/p>\n

Lisa Louise Aho<\/strong>, 44, of Buffalo, is charged with four counts in Wright County court. The charges follow a reported domestic dispute on January 16, 2026.<\/p>\n

What the police say happened<\/h2>\n

According to the criminal complaint, officers were sent to a home on West Farm Lane at about 10:12 a.m. A caller told dispatch his wife had a steak knife. He also said she threatened to kill him.<\/p>\n

Police say the home looked chaotic when they arrived. Chairs were knocked over. A lamp was on its side. Glass from a broken wall clock was spread across the floor.<\/p>\n

The caller told officers Aho was yelling and throwing items. He also said she was slashing at household items with the knife, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

Arrest and alleged assault<\/h2>\n

Police say Aho admitted she argued with her husband. She told officers she jabbed a 12-inch serrated steak knife into the kitchen counter. The complaint says police recovered the knife from the center island.<\/p>\n

Officers told Aho she was under arrest, court records say. Police allege she became combative and tried to push past them. They also say she refused commands.<\/p>\n

A struggle followed inside the home, according to the complaint. Police allege Aho struck an officer near the left eye. Officers also claim she kicked and tried to hit them.<\/p>\n

Police say Aho continued fighting after she was handcuffed. Paramedics later used soft restraints on her legs, the complaint says. Police allege she then tried to kick a detective in the head.<\/p>\n
