On Jan 25, deputies got a report of a vehicle in a ditch.<\/p>\n

Warrant arrest in Plummer<\/h3>\n

On Jan 26, deputies went to a home in Plummer.<\/p>\n

They arrested Robert Duncan Fox, 33, of Plummer.<\/p>\n

The arrest involved a gross misdemeanor warrant from Hennepin County.<\/p>\n

Fox was taken to the jail in Crookston.<\/p>\n

He is expected to be turned over to Hennepin County authorities.<\/p>\n

Harassing texts in Red Lake Falls<\/h3>\n

On Jan 27, a Red Lake Falls resident reported harassing text messages.<\/p>\n

The person said the messages came from an ex-partner.<\/p>\n

A deputy spoke with both people.<\/p>\n

The deputy helped calm the dispute.<\/p>\n

No arrest was listed in the log.<\/p>\n

Harassment complaint tied to Oklee<\/h3>\n

Also on Jan 27, another person reported harassment linked to an Oklee resident.<\/p>\n

The deputy documented the complaint.<\/p>\n

The deputy also advised on the next steps.<\/p>\n

Misdemeanor warrant arrest<\/h3>\n

On Jan 29, deputies arrested Abby Lee Mosbeck, 45, of St Augusta, Minnesota.<\/p>\n

The sheriff\u2019s office held an active misdemeanor warrant for her arrest.<\/p>\n

Mosbeck posted $100 cash bail.<\/p>\n

She was then released.<\/p>\n

She is scheduled to appear in court in Red Lake Falls on Feb 11, 2026.<\/p>\n

Laundromat disturbance in Red Lake Falls<\/h3>\n

Early on Jan 30, deputies responded to a laundromat disturbance.<\/p>\n

It happened in Red Lake Falls.<\/p>\n

A man was bothering other customers, the log said.<\/p>\n

He told the deputy he did not mean to cause trouble.<\/p>\n

He agreed to leave.<\/p>\n

No further action was taken.<\/p>\n
