Pennington County<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me)<\/a> \u2014 Michael Allen Powell, 47, of Thief River Falls, faces two felony charges. The case is filed in Pennington County District Court.<\/p>\n

According to the criminal complaint, investigators went to an apartment complex on January 26, 2026. They were serving an arrest warrant for Powell.<\/p>\n

The warrant was tied to a missed court appearance in a prior registration case. The complaint says Powell failed to appear for arraignment.<\/p>\n

Investigators reportedly saw Powell exiting an elevator. They arrested him inside the building.<\/p>\n

During a search, officers say they found a yellow sunglasses case on Powell. The case allegedly held a glass pipe with burn residue.<\/p>\n
