(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.revisor.mn.gov\/statutes\/cite\/169.791\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">169.791<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Crash Details<\/h2>\n<p>The crash happened on June 12, 2025, around 11:47 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>It was at Golden Valley Road and Theodore Wirth Parkway.<\/p>\n<p>Police say Beaulieu drove a 2005 Buick Lucerne.<\/p>\n<p>They say she went through a stop sign.<\/p>\n<p>The Buick hit a 2006 Toyota Tundra pickup, the complaint says.<\/p>\n<p>The pickup driver had chest and wrist injuries.<\/p>\n<p>The driver also had bruises and scrapes, police reported.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_14452\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14452\" style=\"width: 257px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14452\" src=\"https:\/\/trfnews.i234.me\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Senora-May-Beaulieu.png\" alt=\"Senora May Beaulieu\" width=\"257\" height=\"282\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-14452\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Senora May Beaulieu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Signs of Impairment<\/h2>\n<p>Officers wrote that Beaulieu had a vacant stare.<\/p>\n<p>They said she moved slowly and looked stiff.<\/p>\n<p>They said her eyes were red and watery.<\/p>\n<p>They said she could not spell her own name.<\/p>\n<p>They said she later became nearly unresponsive.<\/p>\n<h2>Drug Evidence<\/h2>\n<p>Beaulieu told police she used fentanyl the day before, the complaint says.<\/p>\n<p>She also said she ate a marijuana gummy about three hours earlier.<\/p>\n<p>Police took her to <a href=\"https:\/\/northmemorial.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">North Memorial Hospital<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>She became unresponsive there, according to the filing.<\/p>\n<p>A judge approved a warrant for a blood sample.<\/p>\n<p>Toxicology results later showed several substances in her blood.<\/p>\n<p>The report listed methamphetamine and amphetamine.<\/p>\n<p>It also listed fentanyl, cocaine metabolites, and THC.<\/p>\n<p>Police also searched the Buick, the complaint says.<\/p>\n<p>They reported finding $3,532 in cash.<\/p>\n<p>They also reported about 100 small baggies.<\/p>\n<p>They said they found suspected fentanyl and drug residue.<\/p>\n<p>They also listed sealed Suboxone packages.<\/p>\n<h2>Charges and Court<\/h2>\n<p>The case was filed in court on January 23, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Lois R.
