Bemidji, Minnesota<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Bemidji man faces burglary and assault charges after a reported home break-in on Jan. 24.<\/p>\n

Court documents say Cody D. Friebohle entered a residence and attacked a man inside. The victim said Friebohle punched his head and face. Police noted and photographed injuries, the filing says.<\/p>\n

The suspect left before officers arrived, according to the complaint. The victim and a woman said they forced Friebohle out. The woman told police she was the victim\u2019s ex-girlfriend. Officers later found Friebohle and arrested him, court papers say.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the home was entered without consent. It says the victim was inside at the time. It says an assault happened right after entry.<\/p>\n
