Jamestown, Stutsman County<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A 16-year-old pedestrian was killed in Jamestown on Wednesday. A semi-truck struck the teen during a turn.<\/p>\n

What happened<\/h2>\n

The crash happened at about 4:35 p.m. on January 21.<\/p>\n

It happened near 4th Street Northeast and 5th Avenue Northeast in Jamestown.<\/p>\n

An International semi-truck was pulling a trailer.<\/p>\n

The truck was traveling south on 5th Avenue Northeast.<\/p>\n

The driver started a right turn toward the west.<\/p>\n

The truck turned onto 4th Street Northeast.<\/p>\n

At that time, a 16-year-old was walking across 4th Street Northeast.<\/p>\n

The teen was struck by the truck and died from injuries.<\/p>\n

Driver and vehicle<\/h2>\n

The semi-truck driver was 36 years old.<\/p>\n

The driver was not injured.<\/p>\n
