The report covers incidents from Dec. 19 to Dec. 23, 2025.<\/p>\n

Rollover crash near Terrebonne<\/h2>\n

On the evening of Dec. 19, deputies got a crash report near Highway 92 and County Road 12.<\/p>\n

The intersection is near Terrebonne.<\/p>\n

Deputies found a vehicle on its roof.<\/p>\n

The vehicle was badly damaged.<\/p>\n

No one was inside the vehicle.<\/p>\n

Deputies later found the driver at a home in Mentor.<\/p>\n

The driver was Noah Nathaniel Bergman, 26.<\/p>\n

Deputies say Bergman\u2019s father picked him up and drove him home.<\/p>\n

Deputies say Bergman drank alcohol before the crash.<\/p>\n

He was arrested.<\/p>\n

He was booked in Crookston on misdemeanor DWI and careless driving.<\/p>\n

He was released the next morning.<\/p>\n

He is expected to get a court summons in Red Lake Falls in January 2026.<\/p>\n

Noise complaint in Red Lake Falls<\/h2>\n

Shortly after midnight on Dec. 21, deputies got a noise complaint at a home in Red Lake Falls.<\/p>\n

A deputy spoke with the people there.<\/p>\n

They agreed to quiet down for the night.<\/p>\n

Main Avenue crash<\/h2>\n

Later that morning, a driver reported a crash on Main Avenue.<\/p>\n

The driver hit a parked vehicle in Red Lake Falls.<\/p>\n

The parked vehicle was empty.<\/p>\n

No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n

Both vehicles had moderate damage.<\/p>\n

Crash reports were made and shared with the owners.<\/p>\n

Probation arrest in Oklee<\/h2>\n

On the morning of Dec. 22, Michael Joseph Engels, 54, of Oklee was arrested in Oklee.<\/p>\n

He was held for violating the terms of supervised probation.<\/p>\n

He was taken to the jail in Crookston.<\/p>\n

Vehicle tampering report<\/h2>\n

On the evening of Dec. 22, a Red Lake Falls resident reported possible tampering with a parked vehicle.<\/p>\n

The vehicle was behind the resident\u2019s home.<\/p>\n

The resident said nothing was taken.<\/p>\n

No damage was reported.<\/p>\n

The resident asked for extra patrol in the area.<\/p>\n

Traffic stop in Plummer<\/h2>\n

On the morning of Dec. 23, Courtney Nicole Gustafson, 34, of Plummer was cited on Central Avenue.<\/p>\n

The citation listed expired registration.<\/p>\n

The citation also listed no proof of current insurance.<\/p>\n
