Police say Howard Brockhouse of Middle River was driving a 2018 Jeep Compass. The report says he was traveling south on Highway 59.<\/p>\n

Investigators say Brockhouse began turning onto the Walmart entrance road. The Jeep was then struck by a northbound vehicle, according to the report.<\/p>\n

Police say the other driver was Melissa Daniels of Thief River Falls. She was driving a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser, according to the report.<\/p>\n

Medical response<\/h2>\n

Daniels was transported by ambulance after the crash. She was taken to Sanford Thief River Falls Medical Center<\/a>, according to the report.<\/p>\n
