MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me)—Breaking news out of Moorhead this Sunday evening, where a woman survived a drug overdose thanks to quick medical intervention. The incident occurred around 5:50 PM at Tommy’s Car Wash on A Street South.

According to Sergeant Weeden Meer of the Moorhead Police Department, a couple was traveling on the road when they pulled into the car wash lot after the woman began experiencing a drug overdose. Emergency responders administered Narcan, a life-saving medication for opioid overdoses, stabilizing the woman. She was subsequently transported to a hospital for further care and is expected to survive.
