Roxann Brown of Harvey North Dakota is facing a very long string of felony charges after allegedly burning down her house and then trying to run over half a dozen people according to court records on Sunday at 11:25 p.m. Brown called 9-1-1 saying that her house at 1005 Cooley Avenue in Harvey was on fire the fire department was able to extinguish the blaze but not before it basically gutted the home the next day on Monday afternoon the fire marshal an insurance agent for law enforcement officials were standing on the yard here investigating the fire they heard Brown gun the engine of her Silverado pickup and drive up on the lawn allegedly trying to run them over all six were able to jump out of the way and Brown was arrested more investigation determined the house fire was arson Roxanne Brown has been charged with felony arson and six felonies of reckless endangerment for trying to use her pickup as a dangerous weapon I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
