Woman from Moorhead Accused of Kidnapping and False Imprisonment

MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A Moorhead, Minnesota woman is facing a trio of felony charges: Kidnapping, False Imprisonment and Deprive another of Custody. Samantha Boucher was involved in a similar incident last year, according to court documents.
35-year-old Samantha Marie bushe of Morehead shown here in an earlier booking photo has been charged with a trio of felonies kidnapping false imprisonment and deprive another custody parental rights according to court documents in January 29th at 3:24 p.m. uh she allegedly illegally picked up the child at Clay County Social Services and left the AA area in a vehicle with the child the father has sole legal custody of the child bushe was located a couple hours later in Fargo and the child was returned to the father according to the criminal complaint there was a prior incident in June of 2023 where bushe had shown up at the child’s father’s residence and attempted to lure the child out of the house with a cat and tried to take the child without permission this attempt was unsuccessful as family members were able to recover the child before uh bushe left with the child I’m Neil Berg repor reporting for in.tv
