The National Weather Service in Grand Forks, North Dakota has issued a Winter Storm Watch from the evening of Tuesday, April 12 through Friday, April 15 for portions of north central, northwest and west central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.

The watch includes the following Minnesota cities of Crookston, East Grand Forks, Ada, Twin Valley, Halstad, Moorhead, Hallock, Karlstad, Lancaster, Roseau, Warroad, Greenbush, Baudette, Warren, Stephen, Argyle, Newfolden, Middle River, Grygla, Thief River Falls, Red Lake Falls, Fosston, Fertile, McIntosh, Erskine. The watch includes the following North Dakota cities of Cando, Langdon, Cavalier, Walhalla, Drayton, Pembina, Neche, St. Thomas, Fort Totten, Maddock, Leeds, Minnewaukan, Devils Lake, Grafton, Park River, New Rockford, Lakota, Mcville, Aneta, Tolna, Grand Forks, Cooperstown, Finley, Hope, Mayville, Hillsboro, Hatton, Portland, Valley City, Fargo, Lisbon, Enderlin, Gwinner, Milnor, Forman, Rutland, Edinburg, Adams, and Lankin

* WHAT…Heavy snow and blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations in excess of 8 inches. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.
