WINTER STORM WARNING: As Much As 14″ Snow For Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We’re under a Winter Storm Warning Until Monday evening. The National Weather Service in Grand Forks says travel could become impossible at times later tonight.
