Williston, ND Police Shoot Suspect During Gunfight

WILLISTON, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A suspect was wounded in an early Friday morning shootout with Williston, North Dakota Police.
a suspect was shot and wounded by Williston Police early uh Friday morning this in from Williston Police on Friday at 3 40 a.m they initiated contact with the vehicle blocking traffic at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and 42nd Street West this is near their Walmart a foot pursuit ensued involving two Williston Police Department officers the suspect and officers exchanged gunfire the suspect was struck officers rendered Medical Care to the suspect until paramedics could arrive on the scene neither officer was struck during the exchange of gunfire the suspect was transported for medical care the identity and status of the suspect along with the identity of the officers are not being released until a later time however the suspect is identified as a 30 year old male the suspect in the incident currently has outstanding warrants for terrorizing domestic violence and contempt of court that was was from Williston Police a local media have identified the suspect as Eric Obregon of California who’s been working in the oil fields around Williston for several years I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
