Wild Grafton Police Pursuit

GRAFTON, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Law enforcement in Grafton had a wild chase catching a suspect, after he rode his bicycle into the side of the Police Chief’s vehicle.
we had what sounds like a crazy chase after a homeless man in grafton a man now identified as Elio Mendoza according to court documents Mendoza was riding his bicycle on August 22nd and crashed into the side of the police chief’s vehicle the chief knew Mendoza had outstanding warrants and the chase was on first officers were trying to catch Mendoza on his bicycle then he ran on foot into a home and exited out a window and continued running then he ran through another garage before jumping into the river by this time police officers and sheriff’s deputies were on either side of the river and in it after Mendoza finally surrendered to a deputy who was in the river and arrested now for entering those buildings during the chase Elio Mendoza is facing two felony burglary charges and one misdemeanor charge of refusal to halt I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
