Wild Fargo Gas Station Brawl Leads to Eight Charges for Moorhead Woman

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A chaotic scene unfolded at Simonson’s gas station on Main Avenue in Fargo late Tuesday night. Kimberly Soper of Moorhead is now facing eight criminal charges after allegedly assaulting multiple people in the parking lot.

According to court records, Soper pulled one woman’s hair, punched a man, and choked another woman.

As if that wasn’t enough, Soper reportedly had three children in her vehicle while recklessly driving through the lot and resisted arrest when officers arrived.

The charges against her include child neglect, multiple counts of assault, physical control with a minor present, and possession of a controlled substance.
