Wild Burglary Arrest In Beltrami County, MN

– Ashley Fineday is a 31-year-old woman from Bemidji
– She is facing multiple charges for an incident that occurred on September 23rd in rural Cass Lake
– The homeowner reported that Fineday had entered his home without permission and assaulted him and his grandson
– Two of Fineday’s family members were also in the home, trying to get her to leave
– Fineday allegedly took the lid off a charcoal grill and struck the van in the driveway, causing damage
– When officers arrived, Fineday was located in the nearby woods and was agitated and belligerent
– She refused to cooperate and even kicked one of the officers after being handcuffed
– Fineday has been charged with burglary, assault of a peace officer, property damage, and two counts of assault.
