White Earth, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) — Charges are now filed after a report of shots fired at White Earth last weekend.
Charging documents name Elias T. Thompson of Ogema in the case. Thompson is facing felony charges in Becker County.
Shots-fired report
The report came in just after 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, according to the update provided to TRF News.
Authorities say the report led to an investigation. That investigation later focused on Thompson.

Stolen guns recovered
Authorities say two guns were seized during the case. The guns were reported stolen from St. Cloud and Minneapolis.
Records say the case resulted in new charges tied to those firearms. The update did not detail where the guns were found.
Prior conviction noted
The update also notes Thompson has a prior first-degree burglary conviction in Hennepin County.
Prosecutors often cite prior felonies in firearms cases. Court hearings will determine what evidence is allowed.
Charges filed in Becker County
Thompson now faces two felony counts in Becker County.
The counts listed are receiving stolen property and possession of any type of firearm or ammunition.
Criminal charges are allegations. Thompson is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
