Westbound Highway 14/Victory Drive, MANKATO, Blue Earth County
The 2012 Honda CR-V was traveling westbound on highway 14 when another vehicle merged onto highway 14 in the left lane, causing the Honda CR-V to go into the ditch and striking the cross over embankment.
