West Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) ā Police have released new details after reports of multiple gunshots late Friday night.
West Fargo Police say a suspect was arrested early Saturday morning.
Authorities identify the suspect as Jesse Lee Ramsay, 48, of West Fargo.
Police say the initial call came in at 11:35 p.m. Friday.
Officers responded to the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West for a report of gunshots.
Police Say Shots Came From Outside Home
When officers arrived, they determined the shots came from outside a residence.
The home is also located in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West.
Police say bystanders provided key information at the scene.
Bystanders reported a recent domestic dispute inside the residence.
The dispute involved two individuals, according to police.

Suspect Taken Into Custody
After further investigation, officers determined the suspect was alone inside the home.
Police say officers made contact with the suspect.
Ramsay was arrested without further incident.
No force was reported during the arrest.
Multiple Felony Charges Filed
Police say Ramsay faces several criminal charges.
The charges include felony reckless endangerment.
He is also charged with felony possession of a firearm.
Additional charges include domestic assault.
Police also charged Ramsay with discharging a firearm within city limits.
No Injuries Reported
Authorities say no one was hurt during the incident.
No injuries were reported to the suspect.
No bystanders were injured.
Police also confirmed no officers were hurt.
Case Moving Forward
The case will move through the Cass County court system.
Criminal charges are accusations and not proof of guilt.
