Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) – A West Fargo man, Nicolas Colin Wika, is facing serious charges after being accused of sexually abusing a female child under the age of 15.
According to court records, Wika is charged with three counts of gross sexual imposition, with the alleged offenses occurring between August 1 and August 31, 2024. Two of the charges are Class AA felonies, each carrying a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted.
Authorities say Wika allegedly engaged in sex or sexual contact with the minor victim during that period. Due to the victim’s age, the charges qualify as among the most severe under North Dakota law.
As of now, no trial date has been announced. Wika remains under investigation, and court proceedings are ongoing.
