CASS COUNTY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Vernon Scotland of West Fargo has been charged with felony sexual imposition in Cass County, North Dakota. According to the incident report, on June 15th, a female victim was leaving her apartment when she encountered Scotland, who she believed lived in the same building. After he asked her for a lighter, they ended up in an SUV, drinking and smoking marijuana. The victim stated that Scotland forced her to continue drinking by holding a drink up to her mouth. She either fell asleep or blacked out and when she regained consciousness, Scotland was allegedly having sex with her through threat or coercion.
