West Fargo Man Faces Charges for Dumpster Diving

WEST FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A West Fargo man is facing criminal charges, after he was reported dumpster diving on private property.
Raymond Payne III of West Fargo is facing criminal charges after a neighbor on the 200 block of 7th Avenue East in West Fargo called police on February 28th he was reported dumpster diving on private property police showed up on the scene and a search found him in possession of drug paraphernalia and credit cards that had been stolen pain has now been charged with felonies of theftive property and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me

  1. I forgot dumpster diving was even illegal, I know a homeless guy who literally lived on little Cesars thrown out pizza so I donโ€™t see what big deal is, probably some paranoid stoner that thought the DEA was going through his garbage, be considerate guy thatโ€™s all Iโ€™m saying

  2. Some dumpster divers found a live newborn baby in a dumpster and saved its life. You can search for that on YouTube. It was all caught on camera. After that happened, I am all for it. It made me wonder how many babies are thrown in dumpsters. Let people dive, and hopefully save another baby.
