West Fargo, Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — A disturbing domestic violence case has emerged out of West Fargo.
According to court documents, Kyle Phillip Glaser is now facing felony charges of aggravated assault and child neglect following a domestic incident reported on July 7th. Police were dispatched to a residence in West Fargo after a call about an ongoing domestic disturbance.
The female victim told officers that Glaser had allegedly thrown her onto a couch and choked her. The most troubling detail? She says the attack occurred while she was holding a baby.
These allegations led authorities to file serious felony charges, citing both the violence of the act and the danger posed to the child.
The case remains under investigation as Glaser faces prosecution.
